This workshop will introduce Dr. Ryan Evely Gildersleeve’s 3x3 model for supporting historically marginalized students in higher education. The model assumes that all staff and faculty have an opportunity and an obligation to support all students’ success. It provides a framework for organizing individual and organizational efforts that seek to disrupt cycles of marginalization. Participants will put the model to work in relationship to their functional responsibilities at CMC.
